Sauteed Tofu & Bell peppers  Recipe 


Ingredients

1 lb Tofu cut into 2 inches cube 
 1 packet Mushroom
1 Red Bell Paper
1 Green Bell Paper
1 Yellow Bell Paper 
1 Black paper
Coriander leaves/ Cilantro 
 1 Table Spoon Olive Oil / Vegetable oil 
Salt

Method:

  • In  a pan take 1 Tsp Oil 
  • Add Tofu,  bell papers and Mushroom.
  • Saute for 5 to 10 minutes .
  • Add salt and black papers
  • Cover it for 3 to 4 Minutes.
  • Open the cover and leave it again for 4 minutes when they are evenly browned take them out of the pan and place them on plate .
  • sprinkle  some cilantro and serve hot.

Tips :

  • U can add Paneer instead of tofu.
