Lettuce Wraps (Vegetarian)


 Lettuce Wraps (Vegetarian)



Ingredients :


  • 2 Table Spoon oil 
  • 1 Cup Tofu / Paneer crushed 
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Corn
  • 1/2 chopped red bell pepper (you can use any color or all the colors of bell peppers as well)  
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 to 5 lettuce leaves / Cabbage leaves

Sauce :

  • 2 table spoon Soy sauce
  • 2 table spoon Vinegar
  • 1 table spoon lemon juice 
  • 1 tea spoon chili powder

Directions :


  • Bring oil to high heat in a pan.
  • Add tofu/paneer  and break it with a Spatula , saute for 4 to 5 minutes. 
  • add salt and red chili powder
  • add bell peppers and sweet corn , cover it for 4 minutes.
  • Open the cover and  saute for 5 more minutes.
  • Mix soy sauce , lemon juice , and vinegar.
  • Now serve with lettuce Cups .




Tips :

  • Instead of tofu we can use soybean chunks and water chestnut .
