Chinese vegetable fried rice


Chinese vegetable fried rice 



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice (Try to make it before 2 hours)
  • 1 small Onion  sliced
  • 1/2  green bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2  red bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 7 to 8 small broccoli flowers pieces
  • 5 to 6 small cauliflower pieces
  • 1/2 cup baby corn 
  • 1 cup paneer cubed
  • 1/2 cup tofu cubed
  • 1 cup spring onion chopped 
  • 1 cucumber 
  • 3 to 4 fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • black pepper 1 table spoon
  • salt to taste
  • 4 table spoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 table spoon vinegar
  • 2 table spoon  chili sauce
  • 2 table spoon Vegetable oil 


Method:

  • Try to make a rice before 2 to 3 hours add little salt while making rice. 
  • Heat oil in large pan over the medium heat.
  • Add broccoli and cauliflower , saute it for 4 to 5 minutes or until they gets little soft , don't over cook them .
  • Add basil leaves  baby corn, bell peppers , paneer and tofu saute it for 2 minutes add black pepper and salt  then cover it for another 3 minutes. 

  • Add soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar.
  • Add rice and then mix it properly.
  • Add spring onion and then cover it fir 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Turn the heat off.
  • Place the rice in plate sprinkle  some more spring onion 
  • Serve hot with cucumber and lemon.




Tips:

Onion is optional. If u don't want to use  spring onions as well can sprinkle  cabbage or lettuce of your choice.
