Shrikhand



Ingredients :


2 kg Curd (yogurt)
1.5 cup Sugar
1 Tea spoon green cardamom (elaichi) grounded
2 tea spoon hot milk
1/2 tea spoon saffron (kesar)
 Raisins (kismis) 
Almond Dry roasted

Direction:

Take thick curd in in a big cotton or any muslin cloth , make tight knot and hang it for over night or for minimum 3 hours or until the water is drained off. 
Take a hanged curt in big bowl.
Dissolve the saffron in a milk and then add in the curd. 
Add sugar and cardamom powder, Mix it properly with your palm either you can use hand grinder as well.
Add dry fruits and mix well.
Use some of the almonds for garnishing.




Tips:

You can use any dry fruit of your choice.
