Tahini


Tahini


Ingredients:

4 cups sesame seeds
1&1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil

Directions:

  • In a pan or microwave dry roast sesame seeds for 10 to 15 minutes, don't let it brown .
  • Let cool for 20 minutes.
  • Pour sesame seeds to mixer grinder or food processor.
  • Blend it properly.
  • Add oil in that and blend it again for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • check the consistency , that would be thick  but yet pour able  texture.
  • If needed add more oil and blend until desired consistency.     

Storage:

we can store Tahini at refrigerator in a tightly closed container.
