Yummy Stuffed Mushroom 





Indigents

8 whole fresh Mushroom 
1 table spoon olive oil/ vegetable oil
2 table spoon butter
1/2 cup chopped onion 
3 garlic cloves thinly minced
1 tea spoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt to taste

Directions:

Wash the mushroom properly and then soak  it with cloth or paper towel.
Carefully break off steam.
Chopped steam very fine.
Take a oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Add chopped garlic and then onion , saute till it becomes golden, take care of garlic to not to burn.
Add chopped stem, saute again to 2 to 3 minutes, just make it soft now add butter as well
Add salt, red chili powder and black pepper.
After 3 to 4 turn of the heat.
Now add bread crumbs and both the cheeses but full half .
Mix it well.Mixture should be thick.
Using a little spoon fill each mushroom caps.
Mix both the cheese in bowl and then add some amount of in a top of the stuffed mushroom.



Using Oven :

If you are using Oven or microwave preheat for 5 minutes at 350 F
Greece the baking sheet with the spoon of oil.
Place the mushrooms in a baking sheet  
bake it for 20 minutes or until cheese get lightly brown and mushroom are piping hot and  liquid starts form into cap.

Using Tawa :

If you are using tawa then heat the tawa over the medium flame add spoon of oil and spread it all over.
Now place the mushrooms.
Cover it for 15 to 20 minuter in a low heat. You can check in between its baking.
Cook until cheese get lightly brown and mushroom are piping hot and  liquid starts form into cap.

Serve Hot with green chutney or chili sauce.
