Chana Jor Garam

Chana Jor Garam 



Ingredients 

  • 1 Cups Chickpea boiled (kabuli chana, white chana)
  • 1/2 cup Murmure 
  • 1 small onion chopped 
  • 1 small tomato chopped,
  • 1 table spoon green chill's  chopped
  • 1 table spoon coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 teas spoon chat masala 
  • 1 tea spoon red salt 
  • 1 tea spoon red chili powder
  • 1 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
  • 2 table spoon lemon juice 
  • salt to taste
  • 2 table spoon of oil for frying chickpea

Directions

  •  Crush the chickpea with spatula or masher ,Heat a oil in pan and add the chickpea.
  •  Roast it for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Take a roasted chickpea and add all the ingredients together. 
  • Mix it well.
  • Serve Spicy Munching Chana Jor Garam 





Tips

You can add kind of sev or mixture as well.
