Indo-Chinese Puff Patties

Indo-China Puff Patties 


2 bowl Cabbage sliced
1/2 bowl green capsicum sliced
1/2 bowl  colored capsicum sliced
1/2 cup carrot sliced sliced
1/2 cup onion sliced
1 tea spoon black grounded powder
salt to taste
2 table spoon oil


4 table spoon soya sauce
2 table spoon chili sauce
2 table spoon tomato sauce



  • Heat oil in pan , add all the vegetables , saute it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add all the sauces  together, stir together.
  • Add salt and black grounded powder and cover it for few minutes.
  • Cook it until vegetables get dry.


  • Take a puff pastry sheets (you can get it in market)
  • Open it and cut it into how big u want, if you are not able to open and its too sticky so use all purpose flour.
  • Take a peace on you palm and feel the material you cooked.

Fold it and seal the edges with the water.

Prepare the baking sheet and arrange them on the tray.

Keep the tray in a oven at 275 F for 15 minutes or until patties gets puffed and golden brown in color.

Serve hot with any chutney or tomato-ketchup.
