Mushroom Kurkure

Mushroom Kurkure


1 cup mushroom
2 table spoon curd
2 table spoon corn flour
1 tea spoon chilly powder
1 tea spoon garam masala
1 tea spoon chat masala
1 tea spoon chopped mint leave (optional)
2 table spoon oil
2 table spoon chopped coriander leaves(cilantro) 
salt to taste


  • Wash mushrooms with lukewarm water and then Cut into half.
  • Now take curd in a bowl add all the masalas and salt mix it well and then mushroom in that.
  • Add corn flour , that cote the mushroom with mixture.
  • leave it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in pan or tawa add the mushrooms fry it for 2 to 3 minutes and then cover it for few minutes.
  • Open the lead and then stir it in high heat ,contentiously change side so that that will fry form all the sides.
  • fry it until mushrooms will be red or dark golden.
  • Sprinkle some green chopped coriander and Serve hot as a side dish or starter.
