Manchow soup

 Manchow soup  





Ingredients

2 table spoon oil
2 cloves garlic minced (lehsun)
1 table spoon ginger minced (adrac)
1/2 cup capsicum chopped (shimla mirch) 
1/2 cup green peace (mater)
1/2 cup green beans chopped 
1/2 cup baby corn
2 to 3 table spoon chopped spring onion chopped (green onion) 
1/4 cup carrot chopped (gajar )
1 table spoon black-pepper grounded (kalimirch)
salt to taste
3 to 4 cups of water or vegetable stock
1 table spoon cornflour mixed in a spoon of water
1 cup fried noodles 
1 table spoon cilantro chopped (hara dhania)

Sauce

3 table spoon soy sauce
2 table spoon chili sauce
1 table spoon vinegar

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan add ginger and garlic saute for minutes let me the brown in color but be careful garlic should not be burn.
  • Add spring onion, carton, peace, baby corn, beans saute it for few minutes let them soft.
  • Add capsicum and black pepper, saute it again for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and salt, saute it for seconds.
  • Add water or vegetable stock , boil it for 5 to 6 minutes make that boil.

  • Add corn flour paste and continuously stir it for 4 to 5 minutes, bring  it for 2 to 3 boils.
  • Soup should be little thick.
  • Garnish with fried noodles, green chopped spring onion  and little cilantro leaves.
  • Serve hot.
