White beans Sauce/Dressing/Dip





Ingredients


1 cups boiled white beans (val ragun beans) 
2 table spoon lemon juice
1/2 cup yogurt
1 table spoon olive oil
2 table spoon sour cream(optional)
1 tea spoon black grounded pepper 
salt to taste


Directions


In a mixer or food processor take boiled white beans , curd, sour cream, salt lemon and black pepper and olive oil , grind it until very smooth.
Sauce is ready.
