Flat Bread Pizza Recipe


For Dough :

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (curd)
  • 1/2 cup Luke warm water or it depends how much you need  for kneading 

For Topping

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 tomato's round sliced
  • 1 cup mushroom sliced
  • 1 cup colored bell peeper sliced 
  • 1 table spoon olive oil 
  • 1 table spoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Pasta sauce 
  • 1 table spoon dried basil 
  • 1 table spoon Italian oregano  


  • In a big bowl take all the dry ingredients of dough, add curd and mix well.
  • Add little water and make a soft dough, Cover it and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Make a small bowl and roll it in a long rectangle shape and make a pizza base 
  • Preheat the oven or microwave at 350.
  • wrap the baking tray with foil and arrange rolled base in that 
  • Layer 3 table spoon of pasta sauce in base , make a layer of both the cheese.
  • Arrange mushroom, bell pepper and tomato , sprinkle dried basil and Italian oregano.
  • spray olive oil and sprinkle red chili flakes.
  • you can sprinkle more cheese above as well. 

  • Keep it in pre-heated  oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese gets melted and edges gets into light brown color.

  • Remove from the oven, sliced it in a triangle shape and serve hot.


You can add any vegetable of you choice, like zucchini, Eggplant (brinjal ), broccoli , olive , jalapenos, etc.
You can add other any kind of cheese you like.
