Sabudana Kheer Recipe

Sabudana Kheer


1 cup sabudana
4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar 
dry fruits like almond, cashew, pistachio , raisins 
1/2 tea spoon cardamom powder


  • Wash and drain sabudana and then soaked it with equal level of water for more then 1 hour.
  • Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan , add cardamom powder , cook on low heat until milk gets creamy.
  • Stir the milk regularly otherwise milk gets stick from the bottom and burn .
  • Add sabudana and stir contentiously , when sabudana is fully cokked and kherr gets thick and sugar and dry fruits and mix well.
  • Serve hot or chill.
