Tomato Pasta Recipe

Tomato Pasta Recipe


  • 1 cup pasta cells
  • 1.5  cup fresh tomato puree or you can use caned one
  • 1/2 any colored red or yellow pepper
  • 1 tea spoon grounded black pepper
  • 1 table spoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 table spoon olive oil
  • 2 table spoon cream cheese
  • salt to taste


  • Boil pasta in a water according to the directions given in a packet , add little salt and a spoon of oil.
  • Drain, rinse with cold water to cool.
  • Make a smooth puree of tomato and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a pan add puree a cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until oil gets off from the tomato.
  • Add seasoning , black pepper and salt and mix well.
  • Add Pasta and mix it all together.
  • Add cream cheese mix gently and cook for another few minutes.
  • Turn the heat off and serve HOT.
