Capsicum Pakoda Recipe for vrat 


  • 2 Big capsicum 
  • 1 cup singhara flour
  • 1 tea spoon ajwain 
  • sendha namak
  • 1 tea spoon red chilly powder/ green chillis chopped 
  • 1 table spoon cilantro leaves chopped
  • Oil for deep frying


  • Cut the round slices of capsicum.
  • Take singhara flour  in bowl add all the dry ingredients mix well and then add little water and make little thick smooth paste.
  • Dip each slices of capsicum in batter so that its completed coated.
  • Heat oil in a pan .
  • Deep fry on medium heat till it gets golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chutuny or mungfalli chutuny .
