Chocolate cake


Chocolate cake 



For 9*13 inch pan

Ingredients 

3 cup curd
3 cup sugar
3 table spoon baking powder
1 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
6 table spoon cocoa powder
6 table spoon drinking chocolate powder/ Chocolate powder (Preferably use Hershey or Cadbury
 brands) 
9 table spoon butter
3 3/4 cup All purpose flour 
1 tea spoon any vanilla or chocolate essence 

Direction 


In a big bowl take curd mix it well and add sugar , mix well till sugar gets melted.
Add baking powder, baking soda mix it well again.
Add coco powder and drinking chocolate powder and mix it properly.
Now add All purpose flour and mix till everything gets mixed.
Now at the end add melted butter, and essence.
Mix it well.
Pre heat the oven for 5 minutes, Grease the pan , Pour all the batter in tha pan.
Keep the pan in the ovan at 350 F, for an Hour (60 minutes ).
Insert tooth pic to chk the cake is done or not.


Frost with butter cream icing or chocolate sauce. I made Roses !


Tips

If you using a small pan so it will take more than 30 to 35 minutes.
