Chocolate Frosting/Sauce

Chocolate Frosting/Sauce


1 cups of Heavy whipping cream/ Heavy cream
2 table spoon unsweetened coca powder
2 table spoon milk
2 table spoon butter
pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar or as per taste little more or less


Directions

Melt butter in sauce pan.
Add coca powder mix it well for a minute, and then add sugar and a salt.
Add heavy cream and milk.
Stir contentiously in low heat til sugar gets dissolved.
Remove sauce pan from heat.
Pour frosting in bowl and allow to cool or chilled completely.
Cover the bowl properly and keep it in a refrigerator for more than a hour.
Frost cooled cake with cold chocolate frosting/sauce
This frosting can be store in refrigerator in air tight box for more use.


After frosting you can decorate with with any chocolate or any icing or you can eat like that only.

Tips:
I  use Cadbury or Hershey coca powder or chocolate powder, It makes taste good !
