Olive and Pine Nuts Pasta

Olive and Pine Nuts Pasta 


  • Penny Pasta 2 cups
  • 1 Cup Colored bell pepper sliced (Red green orange yellow)
  • 1/4 Cup olive chopped
  • Pine  nuts dry roasted 4 table spoon
  • 1 Cup pasta sauce or tomato puree
  • salt to taste
  • 4 table spoon oil
  • 1 table spoon oregano 
  • 2 table spoon cream cheese
  • 1/2 table spoon dried basil leaves crushed
  • 4 cups of water to boil pasta


  • Boil pasta in a water according to the directions given in a packet , add little salt and a spoon of oil.
  • Drain, rinse with cold water to cool.
  • Heat oil in pan, Then add bell peppers  fry it for 2 minutes and then add pasta sauce or puree.
  • Boil it for some time 
  • Then add oregano and dried basil leaves, and then add cream cheese mix it well and cook for another 2 to  minutes.
  • Now add olives and roasted pine nuts  mix it properly.
  • Add then add pasta and mix it well, cook it another 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot
