Hakka Noodles Recipe

Hakka Noodles Recipe (without onion and garlic)

 All  time Favorite noodles mixed with colorful veggies and sauce is absolutely simple and tasty.


2 table spoon olive oil / vegetable oil
1 packet Hakka Noodles
1 cup cabbage shredded
1/2 cup carrots thinly sliced
1/4 cup beans
14 cup olive
1/2 cup broccoli small pieces
1 cup  multi colored capsicum thinly sliced


2 table spoon sodium soy sauce 
1 tea spoon vinegar
1 tea spoon tomato sauce
1-2 tea spoon chili/hot sauce (as per taste)
Salt as per taste
1/2 tea spoon black pepper(optional) 


  • Boil the noodles as per the package instruction.
  • Add salt, oil  to the water.
  • When it is almost 90% cooked, drain the noodles and toss it lightly with cold water.
  •  Drain it completely and keep aside .
  • Cut all the vegetables and keep aside to use.
  •  Heat about 2 table spoon of oil . 
  •  Add the  bell peppers, cabbage, carrots and beans. Toss on high flame for 2 minutes. Stir continuously. Don't leave the vegetables otherwise they can get burn.
  • Keep tossing or stirring vegetables.
  • When you see the vegetables slightly softening , add the soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, chilli sauce, olives and ketchup, mix it properly.
  • Now add noodles give them a good toss or mix properly for another few minutes.
  • Serve Hot.


  • Use soy sauce depending upon the brand, you might need less or more.
  • Whatever vegetables are in your hand use that.
  • Tomato ketchup is optional.
  • If you are using hot sauce so use less vinegar because hot sauce also has vinegar in that, too much vinegar will make the taste sour so be cautious. 
  • Add vinegar depending upon the taste
