Vegetable Sizzlers

Vegetable Sizzlers 


1.5 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup red capsicum cut into cubed
1/2 cup yellow capsicum cubed
1/2 cup orange capsicum cubed
1/2 cup green capsicum cubed
1/4 cup baby tomatoes
1 cup zucchini sliced
1 cup tender french beans
1 cup snap peace
1/2 cup carrots sliced
1/2 cup paneer cubed
salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon black pepper
2 table spoon butter


4 table spoon soya sauce
2 tea spoon vinegar
2 table green chili sauce (or as per taste)
2 table spoon tomato ketchup
1 tea spoon black pepper
1 tea spoon crushed ginger or thinly chopped
1/2 table spoon corn floor in 1/4 cup water

For Serving

lettuce leaf or cabbage leaf


Boil one cup of noodles as per direction.


  • Wash all the  vegetables, cut them  and keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a cast iron pan add all the vegetables toss them slightly in a medium heat flame.

  • Keep steering vegetables until vegetables are crisped and golden brown in color.
  • Mean while make sauce. Take all sauce in pan,add black pepper, corn starch water, salt and bring it to boil.

  • Now veggies are half cooked and crisped arrange the plate for sizzler.
  • For serving, take a plate arrange lettuce or cabbage leaf if you have iron tawa then heat a tawa and lay cabbage leaf or lettuce leaf on that. keep noodles in a center or wherever you want

  • Arrange veggies on leafs.

  • Now pour sauce on the top of vegetables and noodles.

  • Take spoon of butter heat this smoky hot and just pour it on the vegetables and noodles and smoke the aroma.
  • Serve hot.


Cast iron pan is good for frying vegetables if you don't have you can use any.
If you have sizzler iron plate use that for serving but if you don't have you can serve in plate as well, I also used plate and came out very well.
Use chili sauce as per you taste, you can use chili powder as well.
