Apple Rose Flower/ Apple Rose Tart 

Apple Rose tart looks tempting, easy to make and the most important thing its delicious too. I didn't do it by my own I saw one video on you tube, and tried to make it.  Hat's  off to that mind who is so creative.


For dough

1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 stick butter ( 28 grams) (1 stick butter in US is 113 grams /4 onz ) 

For flower

1 big red Apple
2 table spoon powdered sugar
1 table spoon honey
3 table spoon water

For garnish

1 table spoon honey
cinnamon powder
powdered sugar


First we are going to do preparation for flowers :

  • First cut the apple in half and then start slice  it.

  • Put the slices into the pot, and then sugar, honey and water.

  • Cook about the 5 to 6 minutes, until apple slices gets little soft, You can cover it as well for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Take out to the apple slices into the plate.

  • Keep the apple water for dough making dough.


Take a butter in a pot, that should be in room temperature.
Add all purpose flour, add remaining apple water and knead the dough.

Flower Making

  • Cut the dough into half and roll out the each peace very thin.
  • Ct into strips, each strip about one inch in width and 8 to 10 inch in length.
  • Take one strip and arrange 6 cooked apple slice on the top.

  • Then roll it up and put it into a cup cake mold.

  • Do the same with remaining slices.

  • Put it into a baking pan and bake for 15 to 16 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Remove it from oven


Brush honey on the top of rose petals,  sprinkle some powdered  sugar and cinnamon powder.

Isn't it beautiful , Its taste yummy.
